Compensation Starting at: $85k Benefits: Company benefits - If applicable Vasont Systems, a division of TransPerfect, is looking for a full-time, Content Service Account Manager to be part of our dynamic team offering content management solutions to our clients. The Content Service Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing client relationships while managing client projects that include software system implementations, training events, application support, and data related activities. Responsibilities: * Primary point of contact for client contacts and communication * Respond to client requests for new project initiatives and prepare RFPs * Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work * Define project schedules * Lead and attend client meetings and sales calls * Track clients' project status and ensure that they are on schedule * Respond to simple client support items * Ensure that clients' support tickets are addressed in a timely manner * Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor About You: As a Content Service Account Manager you are a: * Creative thinker - You are curious and unafraid to ask questions * Hard worker - You are industrious and diligent in everything you do * Innovator - You are willing to initiate changes and introduce new ideas Your experience includes: * Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent * 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Work well with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures * Work independently and as part of a team * Organized and ability to prioritize work items * Strong problem solving skills * Committed to a high level of service * Professional and superior written and spoken communication skills in English * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook * Web conferencing tools (i.e., WebEx, GoToMeeting) * Familiarity with content management, data composition, publishing, translation and localization processes a huge plus About Us: Vasont Systems is a member of the TransPerfect family of companies.
