Job Description: A Service and Repair technician is tasked with the repair and refurbishment of medical devices through the application of diverse methods and techniques. What you'll do: Primary Responsibilities: * Analyze and examine RMA logs within NetSuite to determine the problems and status of the returned device. * Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and replication of device-related concerns. * Perform refurbishment, assembly, testing, and packaging of multiple devices. * Execute device refurbishing, assembly, testing, and packing. * Engage directly with Technical Support to address technical inquiries and repair progress updates. * Work closely with Technical Support and assist them on technical questions and repair status. * Request material, perform inventory of material and parts in stock. What you need to know: Experience/Skills/Education: Required: * Associate degree or 2 years of directly related repair experience * Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional areas * Ability to read and interpret drawings and procedures required * Demonstrate good verbal and written skills * Ability to have good dexterity and strong mechanical aptitude PERKS! (Base Hourly Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.25) An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth's total rewards package for our employees.
