Maintenance Tech I

Job Summary Performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. Possess a basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems. The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers. Additional duties as assigned by Management. This is a Full Time Evening Position, Hours are 3:00pm-11:30pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation required. #PHX Qualifications Education Requirements * High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Experience * Relevant Experience Certification and Licensure * PA Drivers License Required Skills * Excellent Communications Skills * Excellent Interpersonal Skills
