Key Responsibilities:Provide technical service of automated parking systems, provide timely notification of problems or delays. Technological knowledgeAssist with project set-up, installation, and customer training in both the local branch area and for the United States west coast.Research and gain working knowledge via hands on and Amano McGann University on new hardware, devices and tools to provide better system solutions and installation and troubleshooting efficiencyFollow and enforce all OSHA safety practicesComplete PCI checklist when servicing applicable service issuesEnsure that work orders are detailed, completed per work order SOP and "signed-off" by the client prior to leaving the work siteMaintain and operate company fleet vehicles in a safe mannerEnsure work area is maintained and well organizedGenerate service tickets as needed and follow up with support until the issues are resolved Provide On-Call after-hours and weekend emergency service as required by our customers (in rotation with our other technical staff)Assist our sales staff in promoting the sale of new equipment where appropriateProvide effective communication that creates a collaborative environment with all parties that the Project Team interacts with including: Clients; Subcontractors; Branch staff; Support personnel; Corporate staffWork overtime as neededTravel to other states as needed.All other duties as assignedBranch Service area includes:Orange CountyLos Angeles CountyRiverside CountySan Diego CountyUnited States West Coast
