In addition, responsible for resolving your customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess strong customer relationship, planning and analytical skills, be self-motivated and work well across functions at all levels within the organization.Key Job Functions:Enter all manual orders for the Prestone division (50% of role, ~150 orders per week) Monitor weekly EDI orders to include checking inventory and resolving shipping issues to ensure on-time delivery. May involve collaboration with Warehouse, Sales, Demand Planners, and Transportation.Investigate & resolve customer complaints and deductions.Monitor open orders report to ensure all orders ship & invoice on timeProvide daily status updates on order execution and schedule adherenceFielding customer inquiries regarding product questions, order status, etc.Fielding operational emails regarding moving orders, managing inventory, etc.Identify opportunities and areas to improve customer satisfaction.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
