Maintenance Technician

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for projects located in Wilton, CT . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-31/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: + Perform preventative maintenance + Measurement belts, hoses, fluids and filters + Inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as; speeds, pressures, vacuum or vibration + Analyze findings during preventative maintenance and recommend changes based upon findings + Complete repairs on all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other equipment + Complete general building repairs + Paint walls, doors and floors + Fixing leaks and stoppages + Repair and/or maintain controls, lighting and electrical distribution systems + Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements + Minimum of 5+ years of mechanical experience including; HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry + Must have a valid drivers license + Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, operating and maintenance instructions and memos + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
