Job Title: ROW (Right-Of-Way) Agent Location(s): New York, NY Responsibilities: • Negotiate terms and conditions for easements and right of way agreements with utilities, municipalities, private landowners, carriers and government entities • Draft, review and revise complex contract provisions for right of way agreements, private easements, relocation agreements, joint builds etc. • Secure and manage contracts of varied scope and complexity allowing client to utilize major rights of way (e.g., Departments of Transportation (DOT), municipalities, private and corporate landowners) for the installation, protection of established rights and operation of fiber network • Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Tax, Government Affairs and Risk Management to execute/manage agreements. • Manage, coordinate and negotiate agreements, right of way agreements, private easements and license agreements for the installation and management of cleint fiber optic network projects • Research company rights and have understanding and negotiate standard form reimbursement agreements with private companies, Local/State/Federal agencies, and other providers associated with facility relocations. • Manage existing agreements, Bonds, Certificates or Insurance including agreement renewal, term enforcement, and payment authorization MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): · Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. · Fluency with Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat. Targeted Years of Experience: 10+ years DESIRED SKILLS: Property Management Experience, Familiarity with Real Estate and Right of Way law. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
