Learn more about us at Description:The Customer Service Representative collaborates with the Sales team and Operations Support team to resolve problems and implement ongoing solutions to exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities:Act as a first point of contact for customers experiencing servicing issuesCollaborate with Ops Support to implement new customer stops and add on servicesEscalate any serious service concerns to the area Business Development ManagerCheck on any outstanding service issues to ensure completionProvide customer service via telephone, and/or emails, redirecting them when necessary to the proper departmentCommunicate any field employee concerns to Operations DepartmentProvide any necessary updates to on-going service issues to supervisorRequirementsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience with Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel SkillsExcellent communication skills2+ years of professional office experience1+ years of experience with SalesForcePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected Schedule and Hours: Monday - Friday; No less than 40 per weekWe offer excellent benefits including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life Insurance401K Retirement with Company MatchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) JOIN A COMPANY THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
