The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, is enthusiastic about keeping things organizes, is reliable and process-oriented, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.Inventory Associate responsibilities include...Maintain working knowledge of stocked brands and productsTrack and correctly document inbound inventory shipmentsReceive, inspect, and count incoming inventoryAssess and document any discrepancies or damagesMaintain and update inventory and SKU dataConsistently restock products to pick bins as neededPrep and palletize outbound inventory transfersParticipate in regular cycle counts to audit inventoryParticipate in maintenance and organization of inventoryQualities that we look for include....Previous inventory experience in an ecommerce warehouse environmentImpeccable attention to detail, organization, and cleanlinessA positive and helpful attitudeMotivated by goals and achieving high standardsExcellent punctuality, attendance, and reliabilityAbility to stay focused in a fast-paced environmentAble to communicate positively with supervisors and teammatesRequirements:Must be able to work 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri; some overtime may be available/requiredPrevious experience using a stand-up forklift desiredFamiliarity using Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google SheetsAbility to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environmentAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ poundsMust be eligible to work in the U.S.Our Marlton, NJ fulfillment center is hiring for Full Time (40 hrs/wk) positions. Inventory Associates start at $17.00 per hour and are eligible for annual raises.
