Maintenance Technician

Shifts would be for 1st Monday -Friday 7am-3:30pm $18.09-$22.84 (based on experience) 2nd Monday- Friday 3pm-11:30pm $18.09-$22.84 (based on experience)Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns.Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing issues with machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.Troubleshooting: Identifying problems through systematic analysis and employing technical skills to resolve issues promptly.Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference.Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Collaboration: Working with other departments to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.Skill Set: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
