Responsible for daily operations and transplanting plants and harvest works.Reports/Relationships:The Production Team Member III Reports to the Production Team Lead, Production Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.Essential Duties: Operating Type II Stand up Lift (Order Picker) order picker in transplanting (stocking) and harvesting (picking) activities. Understand and follow facility safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required. Routinely clean and maintain equipment and facility.Perform duties in a timely manner. Understand and follow food safety policies and procedures. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required. Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards. Ability to work in all assigned areas of production; perform relief duties when required. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. Able to stand, bend and stretch for 8 hours while performing repetitive work in the transplanting and harvesting of products. Dependable, motivated, and able to work any days of the designated shifts outlined above. Able to work and learn quickly. Good written and verbal skills. Basic food safety knowledge. Reliable transportation.
