In addition to eligibility determination, plan selection, and enrollment technology for state agencies, the company delivers innovative agent marketing and call center tools and services. $14.50 Full-time$15.50 Spanish BilingualEssential ResponsibilitiesDeliver the highest level of customer service experienceAnswer customer callsEngage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiriesHelp customers manage their accountsProblem SolveFind creative solutions to any, and all, consumer problems that ariseDiagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely mannerBe an expert on the company, product, and policiesDisplay flexibility and willingness to accept constantly changing project/program updatesDemonstrate corporate values on a consistent basisExtensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications are dependent upon passing required examsAdhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channelsInterpret and follow defined procedures and policiesAdministrative DutiesInput customer information into a databaseVarious administrative duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications/Requirements 18 years of age or older Access to broadband internet with no monthly limit Dedicated, safe, and secure workspace/workstation Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively High level of comfort learning new technology Must be comfortable and enjoy working from home Moderate to Advanced computer skills Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and success-driven Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Preferred Experience (not required)Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Previous experience in a Call Center Bilingual a plusWhat We Offer The convenience of working from homeFull-Time Temp-to-hire - immediate opportunities for growth Paid time off Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) 401K match Supportive team environment
