Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician- Indianapolis, IN. Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, & Vision, HSA & FSA Options, 401k w/ Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off & 6 Paid Holidays Responsibilities * Operate independently to provide facility maintenance * Provide preventive maintenance to balers, shredders, conveyors, and other facility equipment * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues * Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined * Monitor/maintain the facilities and all plant equipment * Manage shop supplies and parts * Basic forklift mechanic skills, skid steer * *53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus Position Requirements * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 5+ years of professional maintenance experience * Valid Driver's License * High level of mechanical aptitude * Strong organizational skills * Computer skills are a plus * Welding experience or willingness to learn * Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn * Valid Driver's License Our Core Values * Alive & Well • Be Courageous & Try It * Listen Up, Be Inquisitive & Keep an Open Mind * One Team, One Dream, One Family * Create Innovative Solutions * Act With Integrity * Commit, Be Tenacious, & Compete to Win About Us Be a part of the fastest-growing waste and recycling company in the country.
