The Customer Service Representative should have experience in a sales environment and excellent communication skills.Job Responsibilities:Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityPerform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork; including obtaining missing customer informationUse software (such as Excel, ERP, WMS) and statical analysis to make weekly and monthly sales reportsBuild brand awareness by posting on various social media accountsQualifications:Bachelor's degreeProficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Suite, Google SuiteExperience in ERP, WMS, and SalesforceStrong communication and writing skillsExperience in Social Media MarketingPay: $20-$22Job Type: Full-time
