Job Description Teledyne Princeton Instruments, a business unit of Teledyne Digital Imaging US, Inc, designs and manufactures high-performance CCD, sCMOS, ICCD, EMCCD, emICCD, and InGaAs cameras; spectrographs; and optics-based solutions for the scientific research, industrial imaging, and OEM communities. We are seeking a Stockroom Clerk to perform stockroom retention methods to prevent degradation of materials, parts and assemblies during storage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Participant in Annual Physical Inventory Count * Maintain stockroom inventory accuracy by tracking all physical movements through use of material transactions in ERP system. * Weekly Cycle Counts * Receiving stockroom inventory - Check revs, lot numbers and quantities. Label and stock in the appropriate location. * Return parts to stock from work orders, sub-contracts, etc. * Keeping track of low inventory for purchasing and planning * Keep track of expiration dates for epoxies, adhesives, etc. in stockroom area * Receiving, issuing, and maintaining program materials and documentation * Receiving and invoicing purchase orders. * Maintain transactions for Production Order Kits * Assist the planner and buyer with ERP problems, material tracking, etc. * Return unused parts to stock in ERP System and re-stock. (Returns from production) * Manage "Request for Re-inspection" transactions. * Work directly with the program material coordinator to track program material properly and accurately. * Serve as a backup to Shipper/Receiver on Sick and PTO Days * Help shipper periodically on heavy shipping days (end of month, quarter, year, etc.) Qualifications & Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies: * Attention to detail * Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills * Basic computer proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel * Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices Education and/or Experience * HS Diploma Citizenship Requirements Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
