Commercial Lines Account Manager

OVERVIEW * This position is regionally remote for the State of Delaware* CBM, an Alera Group Company, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will perform duties independently operating from established directions and instructions. Working within a collaborative team atmosphere for providing exceptional customer experience. Decisions are made within general company policy constraints and insurance laws and require independent decision-making RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinating with Commercial Sales team to follow agency procedures for handling of commercial client accounts related to: * New Business * Renewals * Endorsements * Cancellations * Audits * Billing/Financing * Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards * Payments * Customer Service * Provide an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner. * Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. * Immediately address any customer's concern. Request involvement of other firm personnel as required. Notify Commercial Lines Manager of any major concerns and the action taken to resolve QUALIFICATIONS * Property and Casualty license required * Commercial Lines experience required * High School diploma/GED required with minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience * Applied Epic experience preferred * General knowledge of insurance laws * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
