What you get to do: * Supervise and develop an assistant business unit supervisor and the grounds maintenance team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability. * Execute common tasks for grounds maintenance including: general cleaning, pressure washing, hosing down, sweeping, blow-pack blowing, and miscellaneous grounds maintenance. * Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, small engine use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals. * Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times. * Responsible for team member compliance and development * Coordinate park cleaning schedule with other departments to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation. * Assist with other duties as needed.
