Biggs Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Winchester, IN to maintain the integrity and functionality of our Sunny Knoll Senior Apartment Community! As the lifeblood that keeps the property running smoothly, the maintenance technician's role is crucial in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with high standards in maintenance quality. They display professionalism in all tasks and interactions, ensuring company standards are upheld.
