Description Victoria's Secret Maintenance team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance to more than three million square feet of distribution space across our four locations in Central Ohio. We prioritize the development and training of our team and look to our associates first for promotions to build and grow their careers Your Role In this multi-craft role, the Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of work to ensure that the distribution center equipment and facilities are maintained and in a safe and effective working condition. This position is multi-faceted with skilled and semi-skilled maintenance responsibilities including material handling equipment troubleshooting and repair and more basic maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting. While Maintenance Technicians may have developed skills in one or more areas, all are expected to perform general facilities and repair. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Your Experience * Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) * Minimum of 3 years of facilities and/or maintenance experience such as forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Valid Driver's License * Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC. * Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings. * Proven track record of strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. * Effectiveness in working within a team/matrix organization * Flexibility with work assignment and schedules based on business requirements which may result in overtime. * Open communication style inspiring collaboration and a happy, healthy culture. * Demonstrate and live VS&Co values Why you Belong Here We acknowledge your value.
