A clear California teaching credential - Single Subject: Math OR a California Administrative Services credential. Exemplary record of teaching. Successful experience coaching/mentoring beginning teachers. Experience utilizing the latest research-based strategies in critical pedagogy, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and funds of community cultural wealth.Experience utilizing alternative forms of assessment with K-12 grade-levels and ability to guide district interns in the development and use of standards-based assessments. Ability to provide resources for addressing the needs of English Learners and Students with Special Needs. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.
