Position Summary The Reliability Specialist will report to the Reliability Analytics Manager and will lead and support Reliability I&E programs and initiatives for G&P. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliant, and compliant operations * Enables Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline. Champions sound operational practices, including adherence to site and corporate operational policies, and effective procedure management and use while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. * Coordinates ECHO field activity with support services including Scheduling/Planning, Procurement, Controls, Safety, IT/OT, etc. * Onsite project coordination and work execution between IT/OT, I&E, and Contract Companies. * Assists with adherence to the ECHO IT/OT budget * Own process to develop and roll out an I&E Reliability program for G&P I&E assets, building on existing standards with a concentration on instrumentation * Drive successful implementation of I&E Reliability Program through planning, communication, and cross-collaboration of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of maintenance reporting and metrics * Act as the G&P Lead to develop standardized testing protocols, frequency, and scope. * Support G&P's digital transformation by staying up-to-date on industry best practices and researching new technology as develop. Job Qualifications * High School diploma or GED is required * 10+ years Electrical or Instrumentation, or related experience * Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry; Midstream preferred * College degree or advanced educational certifications preferred * Must hold a valid Driver License and have an excellent driving record * Applicants must be professional, have a positive attitude and be a team player * Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision * Strong organizational skills * Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute many tasks at once * A valid drivers license is required * Travel requirements include regular travel to G&P sites as needed (25%-50%) As an energy industry leader, our career opportunities fuel personal and professional growth.
