Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Supervising support services for districts that includes the implementation of policies and practices to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). * Facilitating partnerships between Nassau BOCES and component school districts to support the implementation of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practices, plans and policies. * Managing vendor contracts, scheduling of programs, invoicing and billing for services. * Overseeing all financial components of the Equity, Inclusivity and Belonging CoSer. * Researching and designing professional development for school districts, including Nassau BOCES staff members, district and community stakeholders. Requirements: * New York State Education Department Certification - School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) is required. * NYSED Certification - School Building Leader (SBL) or School Administrator and Supervisor (SAS) is also preferred. * 5+ years' experience as an educational administrator is preferred. * Strong knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion including educational trends, methods, research and advancements in DEI. * Excellent written, verbal and communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to travel throughout Nassau County.
