Roll Off Driver Job Summary: The Roll Off Driver is responsible for operating roll-off trucks and related equipment to service customer sites, haul waste to disposal sites, and ensure safe and timely waste collection and disposal. Key Responsibilities: * Operation of Roll-Off Trucks: * Safely operate roll-off trucks and related equipment. * Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles. * Ensure proper loading and securing of containers. * Waste Collection and Disposal: * Transport roll-off containers to disposal sites, recycling centers, or customer locations. * Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of containers. * Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal. * Customer Service: * Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction. * Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly. * Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. * Safety and Compliance: * Follow all company safety policies and procedures. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. * Report any accidents, injuries, or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately. * Record Keeping: * Maintain accurate logs of routes, pick-ups, and deliveries. * Complete all required paperwork and documentation. * Maintenance: * Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vehicles and equipment. * Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or GED. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating roll-off trucks or similar equipment. * Skills: * Strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment safety. * Ability to operate hydraulic lift systems. * Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. #INDC
