Production Supervisor

The ideal candidate has shop floor and production experience managing a team of skilled tradesmen. If you are motivated, able to multitask, can make decisions on the fly, and know how to keep a team on track, we'd like you to apply! Required Experience ? Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing supervisory experience ? Experience leading a team of at least 15 people ? Basic computer skills ? Work order and employee scheduling experience ? Planning and scheduling weekly workloads ? Blueprint reading, inspection, overhead crane & shipping/receiving experience ? Good leadership skills with the ability to hold people accountable ? Good communication & organizational skills Preferred Skills ? Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner ? Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time ? Ability to make on the spot decisions ? ERP and CAD experience ? Welding, Construction and/or metal forming experience ?
