As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' machinery. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various CNC machine tools and controls.Key Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician:Travel to customer sites in the southeast to provide on-site service.Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and controls.Train customers and internal team members on proper equipment usage and maintenance.Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve service issues.Conduct high-quality, efficient, and timely repairs, preventive maintenance inspections, and machine/tooling installations.Recommend modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, and procedures.Continuously review and improve current processes.Accurately document service activities and generate reports.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Drive company vehicles to service calls.Perform other duties as assigned.A Qualified Field Service Technician will:Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.Strong background in CNC machine tool service field work.Passion for customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills.Preferred formal education/training in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of CNC machine tools.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.Ability to handle a physical workload.Physical Demands• Ability to stand for periods up to 4 hours without breaks• Ability to move/climb around machines• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds• Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.• Reaching with hands and arms• Must be able to talk and hear to accomplish job• Industry setting with moderate noiseField Service Technician will be rewarded with:$70,000-90,000 DOEComprehensive BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionVacation timePaid expenses401 KOpportunity for career growth!Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipThis Company uses E-Verify to confirm identity and employment eligibility
