This person works in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a Nurse Supervisor. Direct report to a nursing supervisor, and Director of Nursing.   LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Job Functions: Administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and mandated by regulations. Monitors the care of the residents to ensure a good quality of care is given to all residents. Reports concerns regarding residents care to supervisors.  Assigns and supervises nursing staff as needed and required to provide good care. Follows infection control guidelines in providing care. Develops and follows the plan of care for residents. Assist with scheduling as required. Documents pertinent information and changes in condition regarding the residents Provides patient care to geriatrics and adults   LPN QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED required. Ability to read/write/comprehend the English language in written & verbal form required. Ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally required.
