Are you one of them?The Customer Support Technician (CST) provides technical information and support for KHS USA parts sales orders. The Technician may also have other responsibilities relating to the Engineering function.Your Responsibilities: Receives calls from KHS customers seeking aftermarket parts and rebuildsConducts technical research on part numbers for sales ordersIdentifies components of parts for special kits; group of parts that make up sub-assembliesVerifies part pricing with Customer Support Supervisor or ManagerIdentifies needed machine manual updates and communicate to documentationOccasionally enters new part numbers into Finesse systemHelps to identify whether customer requests are under warrantyMay help identify Engineering Change Requests and communicate with Engineering or other groupsMay do parts look up and pull drawings to support purchasingParticipates in 24/7 on call non business hours customer call line, may be on regular rotating schedule with other department membersYour Profile:An associate degree of equivalent from a two-year college or technical school Five years or experience in customer service or parts sales for mechanical equipment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offered at 30 days of employmentGenerous Educational Reimbursement programOn-call premium of two (2) hours of OT per customer call while participating in the 24/7 on-call programCompany sponsored Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time OffTen (10) Paid Holidays per year401K with Company Match
