You will be responsible for installation of enclosures, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs on site. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use power and hand tools to install equipment and complete enclosure assembly's with a a commitment to safety and quality work at all times.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdhere to and maintain a safe work environment, while following all work site and Robinson safety procedures.Learn and understand the responsibilities of Robinson's scope of work.Perform on-site installation of enclosures and components.Trouble shoot problems and determine proper solutions.Follow all company and work site procedures and protocols.Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.Build positive relationships with customers and other companies on-site.Adhere and maintain the build schedule; meet deadlines.Inspect the work being completed.Fulfill additional job duties as assigned by the company, remaining flexible and adaptable to changing needs.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMust have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).Field service experience a plus but not required.Ability to travel for extended periods of time.Ability to work 8 to 12 hours per day in outside elements.Experience operating power tools and general hand tools while installing equipment and completing enclosure assembly.Positive attitude while working in a team environment with other trades.Strong time-management skills and ability to hold tight schedules.Effective communication skills with co-workers onsite, other trades, and production/project management back at the shop.Problem solving skills.Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating effectively with colleagues, offering assistance, and responding positively to feedback.Attention to detail and a passion for quality.Mechanical skills and/or electrical skills are a plus.
