How will you contribute to the team? * Utilizes background in construction, real estate, engineering or design to integrate well into complex and large client organization with ease. Comfortable with changing dynamics and balancing new client initiatives. * Should exhibit proactive problem-solving skills and self-initiative, capable of reporting without the need for prompting. * Performs as a scheduling subject matter expert for the team. While not directly responsible for project scheduling, has a deep knowledge of scheduling best practices to ensure client's portfolio is maintained. Some best practices include critical path analysis, float review and program vs. project scheduling methods. * Reviews the Project Status Report (PSR) and general financial reporting required to own & generate client cost reports. * Possesses extensive expertise and experience in overseeing bidding procedures, issuing RFPs, assisting in leveling, and facilitating the award process. * Possesses a deep understanding of Sourcing & Procurement across diverse project types, collaborating closely with respective teams to ensure timely deliveries with the ability to lead the entire process. * Demonstrates adeptness in written and verbal communication, enabling effective implementation of changes and enhancements for clients. Proficient in assembling, crafting, and delivering ideas to senior management. * Manages the day-to-day operational and logistical aspects across multiple projects while maintaining individual accountability. * Thoroughly examines project legal documents in collaboration with legal professionals, ensuring timely completion and signing. Demonstrates a nuanced comprehension of leases, work letters, deal sheets, tenant improvement allowances, and relevant terminology. * Implements project review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction. * Comfortable utilizing a variety of technology tools to create reporting, dashboards and analyze data for process improvements. Works with different enterprise software solutions to extract data and contribute to program reporting. * Recognizes the entrepreneurial nature of the environment, facilitating collaboration to secure new clients and submit potential new employee referrals. * Oversees project scopes and mitigates company exposure and risk across multiple projects. * Develops top-tier deliverables throughout various projects & guarantees the completion and filing of project legal documents, along with all relevant closeout documentation and manuals. What will you contribute? * Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, PowerPoint deck development is advantageous. * Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, Project Management or a related field, plus a minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience. * Must hold a thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design & Construction, Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Building Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis. Should have a general understanding of E-Builder, Unifier, PM Web or similar. * Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of ManagePath, Smartsheet and PowerBi is a bonus. * Must require a high level of proficiency in running meetings, taking minutes, communicating timely with the team and follow up on all actionable items and deliverables. * Executes any additional duties or requests as deemed necessary by Leadership from time to time. * Must maintaining correspondence with leadership at all organizational levels. * Project Management Professional (PMP) [certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) Global Accreditation Centre (GAC)] and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) [certified by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI), an independent administrative body of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA)] highly desirable. Expected compensation range is between $105K -$125K annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
