Bilingual Production Manager

HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading sheet metal manufacturing company to fill the position of Bilingual Production Manager. In this role, you will work with the VP of the operation & oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality across all manufacturing processes. Position: Bilingual Production Manager (Chinese/English) Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire Location: Deer Valley, Phoenix Salary:DOE Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Implement and enforce production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless production processes. Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making and strategy. Qualifications: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required. 20+ years of experience in production management At least 5+ years of sheet metal manufacturing experience Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and leading teams. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to develop and implement process improvements and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
