Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in West Babylon.  Responsibilities include: Work well as a member of a team as well as individually under the direction of the Director of Maintenance Perform preventive building engineering maintenance duties such as: plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC, mechanical, etc. Coordinate daily maintenance services with supervisor when performing routine assignment in resident living areas.  Assist with other related maintenance duties as necessary or as directed by supervisor Ensure that the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience Qualifications: Minimum 1 year maintenance experience Detail orientated Basic understanding and experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC, mechanical Ability to troubleshoot and perform annual preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment as directed
