After successfully completing the probation period and demonstrating your skills, you will have the opportunity to advance to the role of Assistant Supervisor, with an increased pay rate of $21.00/hour.Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift heavy objects and maintain stamina throughout the shift.Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude.Previous experience in customer service or operations is a plus.Driver Requirements:Must possess a valid Indiana driver's license to operate the company transit.Must meet all insurance criteria to be included on the driver's list.Drug Testing:Must be able to pass a drug test.Experience:Experience in cleaning is helpful but not required.Transportation:Reliable transportation is essential.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.Must be able to bend or crouch as necessary to perform cleaning duties.Ability to raise hands above head as needed for cleaning tasks.Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs (e.g., full trash bags).Ability to push or pull 20 lbs on wheels (e.g., vacuum).Ability to push or pull 50 lbs on wheels (e.g., janitor cart, wheeled trash can).Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required, including:Steel-toed shoesHard hat at certain job sitesSafety glassesHigh-visibility vestGeneral Requirements:Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.Capable of working independently or as part of a team.Must report to work on time for scheduled shifts and maintain an excellent attendance record.Must pass a background check.Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.If you meet these requirements and are ready to take on this exciting challenge, we encourage you to apply!
