Role: Senior Finance Manager Position Summary: * We require a senior finance manager to support the current manager to drive financial success of the Enterprise Data Protection and Privacy (EDPP) team. * The role requires driving day to day tasks, setting of attainable corporate forecasts within funding and resourcing constraints and then working towards meeting them. * Will be responsible for overseeing a team of finance analysts alongside the current finance manager that works on execution, logging and tracking of resource & finance related activities. * Responsible for working with CIO Finance team on Funding & Resource topics. * Requires efficient task-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, advanced Excel skills (comfortable performing lookups, creating pivots and comparing datasets). * Must be able to work with multiple managers and can present/discuss with the leadership team. Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines and be able to switch gears fast. Summary of Required Skills: * 10+ Years working in a finance management role with experience in setting and meeting spending plans aligned to corporate forecasts. * Ability to manage, structure, and consolidate multiple sources of data into intelligent reports and stories, and take appropriate actions to remedy outlier situations; can operate assertively and independently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, team building, and influencing skills. * Highly organized and motivated self-starter and quick learner. * Advanced Excel skills, general financial acumen, analytical skills, detail oriented. * Analytical experience - ability to make sense of data from multiple sources and put into views for Executive consumption. Summary of Duties: Preside in a co-overseeing role (point of escalation when there are any significant concerns) with a team of resources that manages the following tasks: * Process all Resource and Finance Management emails and requests. * Liaise with Vendors including GDC, ITCL, GBS, SOWs on various topics. * Source candidates (get JD and post to appropriate channels). * Help facilitate hiring process for FTEs. * Maintain team roster of 600+ resources and how resources align to managers and teams across the EDPP organization. * Monitor headcount changes in real time. * Work closely with CIO finance team to create resource forecasts. * Process all Funding changes and track funds received via a pipeline tracker. * Work with LOB to receive the approved funds. * Deal with funding challenges resulting in ramp down/ramp ups. * Lead the Core/Flex ratio conversations with GBS offshore and attain the goals predicted for this year. * Monitoring direct expenses (working with the BSM - business support manager). * Meet with the SLT on a regular basis, both individually and in SLT calls.
