Responsible for meeting Program customer requirements, cost goals, and schedule. Provides direction, leadership and development for assigned teams. Customer Point of Contact and can manage Tier 1 customers. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Business Management & Program Execution * Utilizes & follows standard project scheduling and planning tools per 209-000.00, TTM ISO-9002, & AS9100 req's * Develops high-level plans to meet both project and product cost targets. Reports progress to appropriate management levels. * Participates in or leads project meetings and design reviews, and tracks progress of day to day commitments * Monitors project progress vs. staffing plan and reports any resource constraints. * Make recommendations on changes or work-arounds. * Ensures that problems and issues are dealt with in a structured manner, using accepted problem solving and root cause analysis. Ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken. * Is responsible for ensuring all known or potential risks are identified and mitigation and retirement activities are incorporated into the project plan. Incorporates the documented project management process into all projects. * Responsible for the accuracy/validity of cost models, and sets costs targets, management reserves are established and implemented. Responsible for assigned program commitments and financial objectives are obtained. * Typical Project/program Scope is ~ $5M or less Team Leadership * Provides aid and mentorship in the development of Project Management I & II personnel by providing coaching, guidance, and training as assigned or required. * Demonstrates an ability to lead and achieve results through others, leveraging each member's strengths. * Possesses strong influencing skills to effectively delegate tasks to the project team and support functions. * Takes personal responsibility for success & always steps up to take the lead. * Able to lead project teams and continually reassess projects against goals and make necessary changes. * Demonstrates the ability to motivate their team to achieve optimal results. Customer& New Scope/New Business Management * Responsible for providing customer reporting and status, as assigned. * Able to handle routine customer negotiations on specs and delivery with positive results. * Responsible for execution of customer management strategy - works closely with customer personnel on project status, including technical or schedule issues, and pricing. * Supports the development of new business by supporting proposals via Compliance Matrices, Schedule development, review of customer req's and capturing costs for applicable reviews. * Able to handle routine customer negotiations on specs and delivery with positive results. * Supports the development of new business by supporting proposals via Compliance Matrices, Schedule development, review of customer req's and capturing costs for applicable reviews. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business with 6-8 years relevant Project Management experience. * Customer service orientation * Has effective written, oral and presentation skills. * Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. * PMI Certification preferred * Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level. Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $109,862 - $193,205 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location. Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
