Location:2020 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301Shift Hours:Hours: Part-Time Shift: Every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday from 2:00pm-10:30pm, along with 2 weekday shifts from 2:00pm-10:30pmJob Description:Provide quality customer service for both incoming and outbound calls that come into Bellin Health's contact center. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information as appropriate. Schedule appointments for the system. Document caller demographics and other non-medical information into the computer software. Maintain confidentially of both the caller's information and protected software. Assist callers in navigating Bellin Health System. Register triage calls for the nursing team. Serve as a resource to Bellin Services and promote Bellin Health and its trusted partners.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Additional post-secondary classes in medical terminology or health care business preferred, but not required.1-3 years of experience in a call center environment preferred, but not required.Exceptional customer service, active listening, and strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with computers, keyboarding, and telephone etiquette skills required.Why Bellin Health:Bellin Health is where healthcare starts with human care.
