Equal Opportunity Employer.Our team assemblers assist in the production and manufacturing process by:Assisting sewers from gathering cut materials, accessories, and pulling fabric during assembly Folding and prepping completed products to be inspected and prepared for shippingOperating welder sealing machines to assemble berms and prep for inspection and shippingOperating industrial cutting toolsSewing machine maintenance such as oiling and threading the machines as neededTeam assemblers have the opportunity to learn the production process and develop with training to become an industrial sewer. Requirements Must be 18 yrs of ageMust be able to work the scheduled shift which operates Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm . Overtime if neededMust have ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel and use hands and arms to assist in the manufacturing process, cutting & assembly of all manufacturing materials for a 10 hour shiftMust be able to tolerate prolonged exposure to fluctuating weather conditions in a warehouse environment for a 10 hour shiftMust have reliable transportation.Previous experience in non-office, fast-faced manual labor environment preferred.Must have ability to read and writeCandidates within a 30 minutes driving commute preferredMust be able to lift at least 30 lbsIncomplete and/or falsified applications will not be considered.
