Maintenance Technician

Description:The Maintenance Technician works with the location management team to ensure washes are running in peak performance, to provide an outstanding wash experience for all customers. The Maintenance Technician is expected to assist the team in ensuring we execute The Tube Car Wash Mission and Vision. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the entire management team to ensure locations reach their full productivity and profitability as set forth by its owner's profit and budget goals. The Maintenance Technician demonstrates leadership at all locations by doing whatever is necessary to contribute to high morale, a safe work environment, outstanding customer experience, continuous development of the team and maximum profitability. The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Regional Manager.
