Location: Rock Hill, SC - Overnight travel expected to be: ~75%Pay Range: Depends on experienceGENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:We perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electromechanical equipment inside large companies. The equipment includes measurement instruments in laboratories and online process control units in production. With over 50 years of experience servicing companies such as Exxon, Procter & Gamble and DOW Chemicals, all across the US, Canada and Mexico, our fully certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing down time while keeping their measurement instruments calibrated to ASTM and ISO standards.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solutionPerforming maintenance on equipment and follow applicable guidelinesUse hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machinesRespond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls to calibrate working machinesCommunicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkersKeep meticulous reporting protocolsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTechnical College or hands on experience working on equipment/carsValid driver's license with clean driving record and must be eligible for a passportMust pass repeated background checks, random and scheduled drug testingNice to have:Ability to read schematicsAbility to work with a multi meterExperience to install software and work/troubleshoot a PCBENEFITS:Stable Company with Nationwide Sales and ServiceRobust Technician SupportCompany provided ToolsSteady Work Year RoundPaid vacation timeSalary info:$18 - $23 / hr
