The Project Manager will manage capital projects, including oversight of capital budgets, planning, tracking, reporting and related services. This role will interact directly with clients and be fully accountable for the successful delivery of programs/projects. The selected candidate will use experience and judgment to proactively plan, prioritize, and organize program workload in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management * Manage multiple projects in various phases of development including pre-design, design, construction and completion stages * Regular and proactive communication with the client and management, acting as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders. * Establish, maintain, and achieve project goals and criteria to satisfy client expectations. * Define, document, and control project scope and changes to the specified level of quality. * Control costs and schedule, and regularly report project status. * Identify, track, and mitigate project risks. * Lead project meetings, generate meeting minutes, and prepare progress reports. * Develop, implement, and maintain specified project management processes. * Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, easily retrievable and suitable for audit. * Troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. * Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice. * Regional travel required to Homeplace locations. Relationships * Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including procurement of goods and services for project implementation. * Build trust with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Collaborate with JLL peers, partners and clients. * Cultivate new and existing business relationships. Teamwork * Collaborate with client management and site engineers on project planning, timelines, and hand-over. * Foster an environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation. * Act as a leadership role model for JLL by behaving consistently with the ethics, values, cultural requirements of the organization. Growth * Strategically network and position JLL as a leader in project management services. * Be a lead in sourcing, positioning, proposing, and securing new projects. * Pursue personal growth opportunities to promote career advancement. QUALIFICATIONS * Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or similarly applicable degree. * 3+ years of experience in project management. * Excellent communication skills. * Interpersonal, articulate, responsive, and highly organized. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
