Could you be the full-time onsite Production supervisor - O&M in West Mifflin, PA, US we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and drive the manufacturing activities for a project(s) within an Elementary Production Unit (EPU), making a significant impact on our operational excellence. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Engineering), manage and develop a team of operators, and much more. We'll look to you for: * Supply chain set up and quality plan validation for the activity within the EPU, * Industrialization activities contribution and industrial process hand-over from PME to manufacturing, * Requests for training & qualification of operators, hiring, and requirements for sub-contracting, * Finalization of manufacturing preparation and complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU post-CGR, * Task assignment to operators and management of intermediate handovers including self-inspections and dynamic checklists, * Ensuring on-time closing of work orders in MES and accurate booking of productive & nonproductive hours for all operators, * Effective issues management for the EPU activities and contribution to corrective actions All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
