The Project Manager (PM) leads the project team, overseeing planning, execution, delivery, and closeout for specific projects. They coordinate and manage the construction process from start to finish, collaborating with development and asset management teams to align design, quality, and delivery with expectations. The PM reports to the Senior Project Manager or Regional Construction Manager and is responsible for the following: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include: * Participating in pre-construction activities, such as design meetings and preparing cost estimates and schedules. * Providing support to field management to ensure project success. * Evaluating field staff performance throughout the project. * Organizing and executing the contracting and buyout phase. * Ensuring smooth workflow and scheduling by preparing project schedules and monitoring material procurement. * Monitoring code compliance and maintaining quality control. * Overseeing cost control and safety protocols. * Managing cleanliness, waste management, and site security. * Handling administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing contractor draws. * Facilitating the post-construction closeout process, including preparing final project documentation and resolving any outstanding issues. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 5 years of construction experience. * At least 3 years of experience in multifamily construction. * 3 years of experience working on projects valued at $25 million or more. * Preferred: 2 years of wood framing experience. * Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising teams and projects. * Comfortable working in both office and construction jobsite environments. * Proficient in reading and interpreting plans without guidance.
