Lube Technician

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Lube Technician is directly responsible for Perform lube, oil, filter, and multipoint service for customer vehicles.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:Perform all lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection processes to ensure proper diagnoses.Assess any supplemental vehicle needs.Perform quality service at all times.Notify management of any substandard processes, parts, or procedures.Maintain clean vehicles during all servicing and repairs.Achieve customer service satisfaction through prompt and accurate service and communication.Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times and adheres to all OSHA/EPA requirements.Perform all job duties requested by management.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredOne year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Great communication and excellent customer service skills are a must.Current valid driver's license is required for all employees.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work performed in shop setting. Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.Required to lift up to a minimum of 100 lbs.Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools or controls.Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch
