You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and ensure that every roofing project is executed flawlessly, and on time while representing Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism.Duties and ResponsibilitiesStart all jobs with meeting with the business ownerOversee work of all project managersPick up or order all materials for jobPerform quality control on all jobsApprove time cards/ commission reportsCollect payment on all projectsQualificationsExperience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computer data entryFormer experience managing staff/personnelPrior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to faceA track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasCustomer service focus and diligent mindsetPrevious experience working with roofing, masonry, or commercial constructionWillingness to work long hours during busy seasonAbility to work two Saturdays per month March through NovemberAbility to pull a trailer behind a work truckAbility to pass a drug screen/ background check/ DOT physicalCompensation and Benefits$50 to $80K potential commensurate with experienceMedical, vision, and dental insurance availableCompany-Paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short-term disability 401(k) plan with automatic 3% company contributionPTO and vacation time.Company truck, fuel and phone providedBone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
