What you'll doThe ideal candidate will have the ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Primary Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Finishing Department to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.Establish production targets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of orders for the Finishing Department in addition to monitoring progress of all other departments operating on night shift.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.Requisition material required to meet production goals.Reviews specifications, blueprints, and work orders to communicate requirements and assign duties to employees-Able to interpret all blueprint details for all departments running on night shift.Inspect parts to ensure that they meet specification requirements and are within tolerance specifications.
