Compensation: * Base Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 * Plus Commission * Car Allowance * Company Card * First-year earnings range: $70,000 - $90,000 * Year two and beyond: $100,000+ Essential Job Function Summary of Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you'll drive new business development and foster long-term relationships with manufacturing clients, directly influencing the company's growth and your career trajectory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Initiates contact with manufacturing customers to generate referrals or leads for new business opportunities. * Develops and implements new market strategies. * Identifies and develops long-term customer relationships. Sales Strategies and Execution: * Leads negotiations and manages complex decision-making processes. * Develops and delivers presentations that communicate the company's value. Collaboration & Teamwork: * Works with the operations team on weekly sales plans. * Shares leads and customer knowledge with the sales team. Follow-Up & Support: * Ensures service issues are identified, understood, and solved. * Provides accurate forecasts through reporting to management with the use of . * Maintains strong knowledge of manufacturing quality and inspection business.
