Customer Service Inventory Specialist Location: Indianapolis, IN, US, 46202 Requisition ID: 15602 IGT Indiana, of IGT, partners with the State Lottery Commission of Indiana to maximize net income to the State of Indiana in a socially responsible manner through the sales of Hoosier Lottery tickets. Generating more than $1.7 billion in sales annually, IGT Indiana is responsible for marketing, product development, sales, corporate social responsibility, technology, and operations functions for and on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery. **Overview** An Instant Tickets Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of functions all contributing to inventory management at retail while maintaining security for both the retailer and Hoosier Lottery and allowing sales growth to occur. The ITS rep needs to have the ability to multitask and be a critical thinker. Additionally, they must stay focused on implementing top revenue generating initiatives, these include but are not limited to maintaining order efficiency, optimize call cycles all of which assist in achieving IGT-IN business plan objectives. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.
