Job DescriptionOur client is looking for reliable Maintenance Technicians to install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems. Technician should specialize in at least one of the following areas.3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, with on-call rotation.Electro-Mechanical:Set up power supply wiring and conduit for both new and existing machinery.Connect wires and cables between equipment, and troubleshoot issues in transformers, motors, and lighting systems.Replace damaged bearings, wires, and cables in electric motors.Diagnose and fix faulty electrical components using schematics or PLC devices.Plan and install wiring, conduits, and electrical devices.Assemble and maintain pipe systems along with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.HVAC:Install power wiring, compressed air, and other utilities for new machinery.Troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery and collaborate with other technicians to develop and implement repairs.Replace faulty electrical and mechanical parts such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors.Set up, assemble, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic equipment.Replace air filters, gauges, valves, and other HVAC components.Repair or replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings as needed.General Maintenance:Conduct routine building maintenance, including replacing air filters and repairing ceiling or floor tiles.Align and install drivelines.Source and purchase parts needed for repairs and replacements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on electrical projects.Provide training and support to other technicians.Perform preventative maintenance as per schedule, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.RequirementsQualifications: Vocational technical degree or certificate.Requirements: Valid PA Driver's License in good standing.Skills and Knowledge:Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems used in manufacturing.Proficient in operating mechanical tools and equipment.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Ability to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot machine wiring and electrical components using schematics or PLC technology.Capable of managing technical projects, assessing client needs, and evaluating impact on related systems.Ability to read and interpret both standard and international electrical diagrams.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks independently.Adaptable to change and eager to learn new technologies.Safety-conscious and effective in a fast-paced environment.
