This role will also focus on identifying pain points in current processes and implementing changes that bring more efficiencies to the team. The Account Coordinator must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build professional working relationships with client teams, agency partners and vendors. Key Responsibilities and Attributes: * Extremely detail-oriented with data entry and client communications * Learn and effectively apply existing procedures and best practices to * hone project management skills and work along defined career path to achieve Account Executive role * Proofread and review coupons and Universal Product Code (UPC) lists in depth for accuracy * Own billing and Purchase Order (PO) process, including troubleshooting/resolution as needed * Provide comprehensive recaps of weekly client status meetings * Assist in the establishment and development of new processes/procedures including identifying and proposing ideas to streamline processes * Engage in independent decision-making and risk taking with support from leader Knowledge/Skills Preferred: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A successful candidate will have the following skills: * Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's in business or Communications from four-year college or university (emphasis in marketing or management); or Minimum 18 months of applicable business or promotion management experience * Proficient in all Microsoft suite programs, especially Excel * Ability to manage professional relationships with the client and vendors * Ability to craft routine reports and correspondence * Ability to successfully manage and find solutions for complex and unexpected situations * Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and manage numerous projects consecutively while maintaining strong attention to detail
