Maintenance Technician

An employer is looking for a Maintenance Technician in the Sparks, MD area. This individual will be responsible for the break down, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate will come from a production background and have experience with both electrical and mechanical components of machinery. Required Skills & Experience2+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance technicianExtensive experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment, and doing change-oversExperience performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment (labelers, pick and place machines, wrappers, liquid dispensing equipment, etc.)Experience troubleshooting PLCs (programmable logic controller)Prior experience with pneumatics or hydraulics Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
