Job DescriptionInternet Sales will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as making sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads and incoming calls). Internet Sales will also be required to Demo drive and present products to potential customers as well as show features and benefits.Requirements of the Internet Sales Person are:Open AvailabilityPrevious Car Sales ExperiencePrevious phone experience (Customer Service, Sales, Telemarketing)Please do not apply if you do meet the 3 above referenced requirements.Responsibilities:Respond to internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM VinSolutions.Demo drive and product presentation to potential customersConduct phone surveys to assess customer wants and needs.Effectively utilize lead management tools.Work our VIP Lease Retention list provided by VinSolutions and Auto Alert.Learn and have full knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etcProvide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.PLEASE NOTE The position being offered is full timeThe Right Candidate will:Have prior automotive BDC or Sales experiencePrior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experienceProfessional appearance and work ethicExcellent attendanceOutgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")Job Type: Full-timeCOMPENSATIONHourly rate + overtime (when needed)Month End Bonuses+CommissionSTAR money for sold new vehicles from Hyundai
